President
HENRY A. HARBUCK, Ph.D., Th.D., D.Sc. - earned his Doctor of Philosophy from American National University in Psychotherapy and Counseling. His Doctor of Theology degree was earned from Southern California Theological Seminary, Stanton, California and the Doctor of Science from the Institute of Science & Mathematics. He has studied and demonstrated proficiency in various fields such as theology, psychology, music, writing, science, teaching, and speaking. Dr. Harbuck developed and teaches a form of Christian Counseling known as “Didactic Redirectional Intervention.” (DRI) He has traveled extensively, preaching and lecturing in several countries. He is also the General Editor of a study Bible (NASB text) to be released in AD 2003.

EDWARD A. (Andy) STARKS, B.G.S., M.C.E., M.Div. Th.M., Th.D. - holds a Bachelors degree in General Studies from Louisiana College, Masters degrees in Christian Education and Divinity from World Evangelism Bible College and Seminary. His Master of Theology was earned at the International School of Ministry, and the Doctor of Theology at World Evangelism Bible College and Seminary. Dr. Starks has worked as a teacher, school administrator, seminary professor, evangelist, and pastor during his 25+ years in the ministry. Dr. Starks is a certified teacher with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), the Evangelical Teaching Association (ETA), and the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS). His area of specialty is Old Testament theology and history.

JERRY K. HATFIELD, B.S., M.A., M.Div., D.Litt. - received a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology from Valley Forge Christian College (PA), Master of Arts in Semitic Languages & Literature and Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary (CA). Omega awarded him the Honorary Doctor of Literature for his outstanding Hebrew study book. He has had extensive experience in creating and implementing post-secondary school and youth programs, as well as graduate level teaching. He has taught overseas (Jerusalem) as well as tutorial sessions in Biblical Hebrew at the seminary level.

DOLLY BRIDGES, B.C.E., Th.M. D.D. - Dr. Bridges has a long history in the field of Christian Education and has organized many educational programs for churches. She has a proven record in academia and is a precious gift to Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. Through a period of forty years she has proven record in motivation, record keeping, teaching and course- design.

BART A. HUGHES, B.S., M.A., D. D. - holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Montreat College, Master of Arts in Religious Education from Linda Vista College, and Doctorate of Divinity from Trinity Hall Seminary. He is the founder of Missions In Action Training Center and Family Ministries in Action. Dr. Hughes has prior experience as a pastor, but presently spends much of his time giving seminars on leadership and speaking at youth retreats. |

F. TYRONE BOZEMAN, B.A., M.Div., D.R.E. - holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Morehouse College. He earned his Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Religious Education degrees from Logos Christian Graduate School in
Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Bozeman has served as a teacher, chaplain, caseworker, and pastor. He is a clinical pastoral counselor with the IACCT, and is the founder of the Delta School of Ministry in Greenwood, Mississippi.

LARS E. JENSEN, B.A., Master of Biblical Literature, Master of Biblical Languages. Ph.D. in Biblical Languages - Bible researcher (Royal Library of Copenhagen), ordained minister (World Revival Church-Tulsa, OK), and accomplished translator and tutor of Old Testament languages, Professor Jensen has invested his life in the study of ancient languages, including Modern Literary Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic, Old Testament Hebrew, Modern Hebrew, and Syriac. Having traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad, he has studied, taught, and/or obtained degrees from the University of Copenhagen - Denmark, Hebrew University - Jerusalem, College Biblique Continental - Brussels, Southern California College (AG) - Costa Mesa, CA., AG Graduate School - Springfield, MO, Fuller Theological Seminary - Pasadena, CA, Melodyland School of Theology - Anaheim, CA., Oral Roberts University - Tulsa, OK, Oklahoma State University-Stillwater, OK, Princeton University - Princeton, NJ, OBIS, Louisiana, University of Stockholm - Sweden, and the University of Arhus - Denmark.

Dr. Jones is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with Advanced Certification, a Certified Temperament Instructor, a Licensed Therapist, and a Chaplain. She has written and published in the areas of Counseling and Psychology.

JOHNSON, B.A., M.A., Th.M., D.Min., Ph.D. - holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Religion from Judson College, Master of Arts in Counseling from University of Chicago, Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary, and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from Chicago Graduate School. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, has been listed in various “Who’s Who,” noted international Bible Speaker & Teacher, awarded “Herbert Hoover Humanitarian of the Year.” Dr. Johnson has worked with missionaries in Paris, Lausanne, Dominican Republic, Milan, Greece, Rome, and various parts of the world. GERALD RELIFORD, B.S., M. Div., D. Min. - Dr. Reliford received his B.S. in History & Political Science from Campbellsville University, his Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and Doctorate in Ministry from Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. Graduating magna cum laude from Campbellsville University, he was listed in Who's Who In American Colleges and Universities and was twice included (1974 & 1976) in the Outstanding Young Men of America publication. He has pastored thirty-one of his thirty-five years in ministry, travels as an evangelist and teacher, and with his wife, Laverne, ministers in music throughout the Southern and Eastern United States. Dr. Reliford (with co-pastor/wife, Laverne), founded New Life for the Nations Church (Columbia, KY) in 1980. An ordained minister with the Association of Evangelical Gospel Assemblies (AEGA), he has traveled as a missionary to five different nations, and currently teaches a Bible School curriculum, which he authored, in his local area. |

JAMES E. WILLIS, B.S., M.A., Th.D.,Pastor, Church Planter - Professor Willis has spent thirty-five years writing and teaching Biblical Doctrine and life-studies on various Biblical subjects, including the Book of Proverbs, and End-Time Prophecy. He holds a B.S. in Bible, with a Minor in Psychology & Counseling from Northeast Bible College, now Valley Forge Christian College. He also holds a Master of Arts in Biblical studies and a Doctorate in Theology from Omega Bible Institute and Seminary. Dr. Willis pioneered and/or revitalized several churches and developed Your Daily Prescription, a prime time radio ministry, as well as a bus ministry and television outreach with an audience of 100,000. |

WILLIAM WHITLOW, M.Th., Th.D. - is a church pioneer, evangelist, administrator, pastor, Bible school professor/ specialist, and missionary. These are only a few of Dr. Whitlow’s roles. In 1981, he completed his Master’s of Bible Theology degree, and in May 1986 was awarded the Doctor of Theology degree. Dr. Whitlow is the originator of THE BASIC BIBLE SCHOOL BUILDER (©1990), a complete four-year Bible college curriculum specifically designed for third-world nations and independent national and international ministries. In October 1995 Dr. Whitlow was awarded the honorary doctorate of literature degree from Evangel Christian University of America in recognition of his long and distinguished career in ministry. |

PIETER "PETER" BOS, M.Min., D.Min. - was born in Holland and now lives in the USA. He has worked as a counselor, is experienced in church growth, evangelism, discipleship, and has traveled and taught in many countries such as South America, India, Africa, and many European countries. Dr. Bos has developed a church growth program titles, "Agape Vision." His focus is to model church growth on the New Testament model with emphasis on prayer, teaching, and fellowship. |

Dr. Steryous is an outstanding counselor and writer. His thesis, "Biblical Counseling in the Twenty-First Century" is being published by Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. It will be used for students. |

BILLY J. OWENSBY, B.A., B.Min., D.Min. - is an educator, author, pastor, and church leader. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies (Major: Pastoral Ministry) from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Bachelor & Master of Ministry from Bethany Bible College and Seminary, Doctor of Ministry from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary, Advanced Studies: Liberty Baptist University, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and Toccoa Falls College. He is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Emmanuel College and North Georgia Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a Certified Leader for Building Witnessing Relationship. During his numerous years in the ministry, he has authored 2 books, "Revelation (Homiletical Guide) and I John (The Expositor's Notes)." |
